Sora

Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms cover the websites and services from Sora Technologies LLC, doing business as Sora Websites ("we" or "us"). By claiming a website or approving and paying for one, you agree to them.

What we do

We build a website for your practice, set it up to be found on Google, host it, take care of your domain, and make changes when you ask.

Claiming is free

Claiming a website costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything. You'll answer a few questions, we'll build your full site, and you'll look it over. Dates we give you, such as going live in 14 days, are our goal and depend on getting your answers. If you don't approve the finished site, you never pay.

Approving and billing

Canceling

There's no contract, and you can cancel any time by calling or texting us at the number below, or through any billing link we give you. After you cancel:

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will try again and we'll try to reach you. If it still can't be collected, we may take your site offline until it's paid, or end your subscription.

Who owns what

You own your website's content, and your domain is registered in your practice's name. We keep the tools, templates and general know-how we use to build websites, which we may use for other customers.

Your part

No guarantees on results

We set your site up to be found on Google, but we can't promise a search ranking or a number of patients. Search results are up to the search engines. We provide the service "as is", and while we aim to keep your site running, we can't promise it will never go down.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or lost patients, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Ending service

We may stop providing the service if these terms are broken, or for any other reason with 30 days' notice. If we end your service without you breaking these terms, we'll refund any month you've paid for but won't receive.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. If a change matters to your subscription, we'll tell you first. Michigan law governs these terms.
