Refund Policy

You look over your finished website and approve it before you're ever charged. If you don't approve it, you never pay anything.

Your first month

If you change your mind, ask us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. We'll end your subscription and take the site down.

After that

You can cancel any time and you won't be charged again, but we don't refund past payments or part of a month. Your site stays up until the end of the month you've paid for.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged by mistake, for example after you canceled or twice for the same month, tell us and we'll refund it.

How to ask

Call or text us at the number below. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
